- Fix autoupdate-packages DB bump persistence and agent src_build Pass
installed_version as src_build when a version bump is requested so the agent API
accepts the upgrade call. Wrap per-node and management installed_version updates
in SystemTransactionManager so changes are committed to PostgreSQL instead of
