seabios - Open-source legacy BIOS implementation

Description:

SeaBIOS is an open-source legacy BIOS implementation which can be used as
a coreboot payload. It implements the standard BIOS calling interfaces
that a typical x86 proprietary BIOS implements.

Packages

- build on x86_64 but with native toolchain
- drop main package to be able to use ExclusiveArch
- drop bootsplash from 128k bios otherwise it doesn't fit in size due to older
  compiler
